Auction and order of ranking of the debtor's creditors

The Athens Court of First Instance issued a Provisional Order prohibiting the legal and factual change of the property of a general partner for debts of the limited partnership, based, inter alia, on the implied cumulative underwriting of debt and the tort of acts contrary to morality (CC 919). The limited partner has in the past used his personal account to pay, inter alia, debts of the partnership.
