Myth or Reality: The class of "mega-debtors"

A temporary injunction was issued by the Athens Court of First Instance on the prohibition of any change in the real estate assets of counterparty companies to which our debtors' beneficial owners had transferred assets of their other indebted companies, in an obvious abuse of the institution of the public limited company.
