Cancellation of the Seizure due to Abuse

A decision was issued to annul an attachment report of a credit institution against our client, a limited liability company, on the grounds that the execution order of the attorney of the credit institution was not placed below the issued document on the basis of which the attachment took place, i.e. due to a formal omission on the part of the bank's attorney.
