Decision to suspend an auction following seizure by a credit institution

The Athens Magistrate Court of First Instance issued a decision to suspend the execution of a payment order issued by a credit institution against a natural person of our client amounting to approximately 2.500.000 euros, thus "freezing" the auction process of a property worth approximately 3.000.000 euros until the appeal against the payment order is finally decided.
