A decision was issued by the Court of First Instance of Chania, which annulled a payment order of a credit institution for lack of written proof of the legitimacy of the bank after two successive securitizations of the alleged claim. The credit institution had not provided the necessary documentary evidence of the securitisation of the claim when the payment order was issued.
