Electronic Fraud through "Phising" and Payment Service Providers' Liability for the Execution of an Unauthorised Order
An interim injunction was issued against a credit institution by the Athens Single Judge Court of First Instance prohibiting any act of execution of an issued payment order with the main ground of objection being invalidity due to the absence of a procedural agreement on the evidential value of the bank's commercial books.
