A decision was issued by the Court of Arbitration of Kropias on the recognition of the liability of a Sole Proprietorship which de facto took over the operations of our debtor's Limited Partnership. The purpose of the IKE was the same as that of the E.E., and it was accepted that the customer base, the distinctive features and generally the whole business was transferred inadvertently with the purpose of not paying the debts of the E.E.
