The Feasibility of Community Plan Registration in the light of the IQOS Litigation

The Thessaloniki Court of First Instance issued a Payment Order for compensation for early termination, i.e. compensation to the lessor for loss of profit - rents lost due to the tenant's fault in terminating the lease contract. In this way an immediately enforceable title is issued (within days), without waiting years for a court decision.
