Invalidity of a Will due to Contrary to Good Morals

A decision was issued by the Athens Court of Appeal which accepted our claims regarding the disqualification of the deceased's brother and the establishment of our client and his legal representative as sole heirs by will to all the inherited property, including that acquired after the drawing up of the will (CC 1802).
