An interim injunction was issued by the Athens Court of First Instance against a multinational company to prohibit the sale of products and withdraw all those already placed on the market through dozens of sales outlets due to the infringement of a registered Community design of our client (bag). Subsequently, a settlement was reached between the undertakings.
