The 1st Conference on Private Debt of Individuals and Legal Entities, organized by Nomiki Bibliothiki on January 31, 2026, concluded successfully, attracting strong participation from the academic and legal community. Discussions focused on the challenges of the evolving insolvency and debt restructuring framework, in light of recent regulatory developments.
We had the honor of participating both as speakers and as members of the Organizing Committee, actively contributing to the thematic structure and overall success of the event. During the conference, we took part in two key panel discussions, highlighting critical legal issues related to the application of the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism and the bankruptcy process.
Our presence at the conference reflects our ongoing commitment to closely monitoring legal developments, actively engaging in public legal discourse, and contributing meaningfully to the shaping of financial and insolvency law.
